UAE Delivery

UAE Cash on Delivery 20 AED (1-3 day delivery).
*All COD orders will receive a confirmation email from our customer care team to confirm the order. Confirmation to this email must be made within 24 hours, otherwise the order will be void.

Dubai - FREE same day delivery on orders placed before 11AM
Dubai - FREE express 1-2 day delivery on orders  placed after 11AM

Abu Dhabi - FREE 1-2 day delivery
Sharjah - FREE 1-2 day delivery
Fujairah - FREE 1-2 day delivery
Ajman - FREE 1-2 day delivery
Ras Al Khaimah - FREE 1-2 day delivery 
Umm Al-Quwain - FREE 1-2 day delivery 

Please note that there will be no UAE deliveries on Sundays or UAE public holidays. If your order is placed after the 11AM cut off on Saturday, the order will be dispatched on Monday. Once an order is placed, it is ineligible for cancellation prior to dispatch.

International Delivery

International orders are handled by various carriers to ensure fastest delivery times to different destinations. Specific shipping time and rates will be calculated at checkout. Orders are not fulfilled on Sundays or UAE public holidays.

Please Note: 
- Customers are solely responsible for the accurate input of all delivery details.
- Some international shipments require that tax, customs, import and/or handling fees are applied on arrival. These fees are determined by local authorities at the destination and often charged once the package is processed at the port of arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable once charged. 
- There may be delays in arrival of international deliveries beyond NOMAD's control due to customs clearance delays at departure and/or destination port.
- Local customs are authorised to destroy/dispose of any shipment deemed undeliverable. These cases are not eligible for claim.
- In the event of RTO once reasonable attempts have been made to contact the customer, all costs related to shipping and duties will be considered deductible from any return for store credit amount.
