We want to ensure that you love and enjoy your NOMAD pieces! In the case that the item/s you receive are not as you expected them to be, our team will happily assist you with a refund or exchange for store credit within 7 days of delivery. Please read our return policy and follow the terms and conditions to make sure your order is eligible.

We accept online Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Tabby payments as well as Cash on Delivery.

We offer same day delivery on orders within Dubai if you order before 11am and Express 1-2 day delivery on orders placed after 11am (except on Sunday's and public holidays). Express 1-2 day delivery is also available to all other Emirates within the UAE (except Sunday and public holidays). Our international delivery times vary according to destination and customs clearance processing in your area.
We are glad to assist you with one complimentary exchange per order (full price items only)! Once you get in touch with us, we will have a driver dispatched to collect the item/s you would like to return. Processing and issuance of store credit may take up to 3 business days from collection. You will then be able to apply the store credit to your new order - subject to availability. To arrange an exchange, drop us an email at hello@fromnomad.com and a member of the team will get back to you within 2 business days.
Once the item/s are collected and processed, we will issue your refund/store credit. This can take up to 3 working days from collection. Please note that due to bank processing times, refunds can take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account.
We apologise that we are unable to amend, add to or cancel orders after they have been confirmed. However, we will happily assist you with a return for refund or exchange once you receive the item.
Unfortunately, we are unable to change your delivery address after you have confirmed your order. In the case that a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, it will be returned to NOMAD HQ and we will notify you when it gets here. If you would like to get in touch with the team to inform us about an incorrect delivery address, please feel free to send us and email at hello@fromnomad.com.
All SALE items are final sale and ineligible for return. We are unable to offer a return, refund or exchange for these.

We produce all NOMAD collections in limited quantities in order to minimise wastage and ensure we only ever use exactly what we need. Because of this, we cannot promise that any sold out items will be restocked.
