We want to ensure that you love and enjoy your NOMAD pieces! In the case that the item/s you receive are not as you expected them to be, our team will happily assist you with a refund or store credit within 7 days of delivery.
Please note that the conditions for all return requests are as follows:
- Item/s returned within 7 days of delivery in order to be eligible for refund or exchange for store credit.
- Exchange item/s will receive a store credit voucher to the same account/email the initial order was placed on.
- Item/s unworn, unwashed and in the original garment packaging with tags attached.
- You must take reasonable care of the products you wish to return. The products must be returned in their original conditions. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the items during your possession and may reject the request to return, refund or exchange.
- Swimwear tried on over underwear for sanitary reasons and the hygiene sticker is not tampered with.
- All items purchased on SALE are not eligible for refund.
- All items purchased on SALE are only eligible for exchange/store credit, and collection fee of AED 25 will be applied. This is only applicable for UAE orders.
- For full priced items, one complimentary exchange item pick up per order within in the UAE, thereafter shipping costs are covered by the customer.
- Return for refund shipping costs are covered by the customer.
- All international return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
- All costs related to shipping/duties/taxes are nonrefundable.
- All accessories including face masks, headbands and caps are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
- COD (cash/card on delivery) orders are return for store credit only.
- Items bought using Gift Cards or Store Vouchers are eligible for exchange for store credit only.
If you purchased your items in the UAE, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange for store credit and will accept return requests up to 7 days after delivery. If you would like to arrange for the return of your items:
1. Contact us at email@example.com noting your order number, details of the return item/s and your preference for refund or exchange for store credit.
2. Once approved, the NOMAD team will arrange for the collection of the return item/s as soon as possible. Please note this may take up to 5 days.
3. Processing and issuance of store credit/refund can take up to 3 business days from collection.
*Please note that it may take up to 14 business days for a refund to reflect in your account due to individual bank processing times.
UAE Return for Exchange on Full Priced Items (Store Credit) - One complimentary pick up per order, 25 AED per shipment thereafter.
UAE Return for Exchange/ Store Credit on Sale Items - 25 AED collection fee will be applied.
UAE Return for Refund - 25 AED per collection. This will be deducted from the refund amount.
We gladly provide exchange for store credit on all international purchases and will accept return requests up to 7 days after delivery. You will be required to send any items back with your own courier and cover the cost of delivery. If you would like to arrange a return of your items:
1. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org noting your order number and details of the return item/s.
2. We will get back to and provide the return address and instructions for packing your return.
3. On the airway bill please include your invoice number and state “Return Shipment to UAE”.
4. Arrange for shipping of your package with your courier of choice.
5. We will be in contact with you via your registered email address and issue your store credit for the value of your NOMAD item/s as soon as we receive and process them.
*Please note the cost of international shipping, taxes and/or duties cannot be refunded.
